Description
Welcome to the Birds and Barns free SAL. This stitch along (or start along) will be released over 12 months and each will include a set of 3 mini seasonal designs. All include one bird, one house and a letter. The letter relates to the season, for example ‘A’ is for Autumn. You can stitch the patterns individually, as a long finish or stitch all 12 of the mini designs together. Each design is the same size for all seasons (45 x 45 stitches).
The model stitch has been completed on 32 count hand dyed Evenweave by Megann at Coffee Craft Fabrics. The pattern includes DMC only throughout all of the releases and the colours repeat throughout. There is a small amount of back stitch on the letters. This SAL is a gift for you all and can be stitched however you like. I can’t wait to see how you personalise the patterns with your own choice of fabric and floss.
